Personal Training In-person($50.00/hour)

sessions are 1 hour long with a personal trainer one-on-one. The trainer and client will discuss goals and develop a tailored plan to meet those goals. Programs are individualized to each clients needs and are designed to produce the fastest yet safest results based research.

Personal Training on-line ($30.00/month)

Clients pay for a monthly membership for online training. Training can be for Strength workouts, speed/agility//and explosive power workouts, or basketball workouts. Clients are able to sign up for more than one type of workout, but will pay an extra monthly fee to do that. Workouts are research based in design to produce maximal results.

Speed/Agility/Plyometric Training ($25.00/hour)

These workouts are geared towards athletes in explosive movement type sports (basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, etc). Training starts with testing in specific areas of athleticism that are related to specific sports and developed based off the individuals tests to maximize sport specific performance.

Basketball Skills Training ($25.00)

Basketball skills are evaluated, broken down and worked on in game type drills that translate into improved performance in basketball games. Can be done in both one-on-one and group settings. Group settings can provide the benefits of pushing one another and going against other people in drills. All training is provided by former college basketball players who have training in skill evaluation.

Group Training 2-4 people (Weights, Speed/Agility/Plyo, Basketball $25.00 per person)

Group training is 2-4 people who would to train with other people in weightlifting, speed, agility and explosive power, or in sport specific training. It brings the advantage of competition into the training and allows for more game type situations.

Team Training 6-20 people ($15.00 per person)

Team training is for middle or high school teams. It can be for weight lifting, speed, agility and explosive power, or sport specific training. It can build the skills and athleticism of the team as a whole and build team comradery and bonding at the same time. Teams that have participated in this have raved about the value. Usually purchased in blocks of trainings (6 weeks or 12 week blocks at twice a week)

Titleist Golf Training (Initial consult $150.00/hour, follow up appts. $100.00/hour)

Titleist golf training is performed by our Titleist certified experts. We breakdown the golf swing and build it into the most optimal swing for each individuals anatomy and biomechanical pathways. We add the technological advancements of the Nubie. This is an unmatched electrical stimulation device that can help us improve ROM and strength within the swing to gain yards and accuracy. Our system is unlike anything else offered and gets incredible results.

Cash pay physical therapy services are provided by PT Link physical therapy. PT Link is a private physical therapy company with a reputation of clinic excellence and results based physical therapy. Services are provided by Doctors of physical therapy on a one-on-one basis. Treatments are based on treating the whole person to provide the optimal experience. Cutting edge approaches will be combined to provide the greatest results possible.
