Group Training:

Elevate your performance with group formats designed for motivation and competition. IIX PERFORMANCE offers small group training for 2 to 4 people, featuring weightlifting, agility, explosive movement, or basketball-specific work. These sessions bring out more intensity through partner dynamics and shared focus. It’s a great choice for training partners or teammates looking for a structured workout in Ohio or Michigan. Each athlete receives coaching while feeding off the energy of the group.

Price: Weights, Speed/Agility/Plyo, Basketball, 2-4 people, $25.00 per person

Team Training:

Team training is available for 6 to 20 athletes and is built for school programs or athletic squads. IIX PERFORMANCE creates training blocks that improve strength, coordination, and sport-specific ability while building team chemistry. Programs are offered in six or twelve-week packages with two sessions per week for consistency. Athletes benefit from synchronized development that improves overall team execution. This is team-based performance training with purpose and structure.
